SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Thee Melanated Mogul ships all domestic orders through USPS.
All international orders are shipped through UPS.
All military service Thee Melanated Mogul orders are shipped via USPS PMEMS.
Please allow Thee Melanated Mogul up to 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) before shipment. (Packages typically ship early)
Due to the ongoing complications with COVID-19, processing time may be extended.
Holidays are as followed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
USPS Domestic Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday) for delivery.
In the event of a sale or upcoming holiday processing of orders may take longer resulting in a delay of up to 3 business days.
Following shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout or to the phone number given at checkout.

UPS International Shipping takes up to 15 business days (Monday- Saturday) for delivery.
PMEMS takes up to 5 business days (Monday-Saturday) for delivery.
USPS Priority Express Shipping (Overnight Shipping. Additional shipping rates will apply)
Processing for overnight shipping takes 1 business day. If an order is placed after 9:00 am PST the order will begin to be processed the following day. Overnight shipping excludes Sundays and holidays. Tracking will be provided following shipment of your order and a signature is required.
At Thee Melanated Mogul, customer's satisfaction is our main priority. We make sure that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.
Non-Returnable Items: Discontinued items, Clearance items, Special sale items, Special Orders, Pre Order and Flash Sale items. Our handmade customized items, do not permit a return. All sales are final and refunds are not allowed.
RETURN: Only if there is an error on our end (you receiving the wrong item) will a return be granted. Please contact us first via email to discuss the problem(s) you are concerned about. If you want to return your order, please notify us at theemelanatedmogul@gmail.com stating the reason with picture reference and your order number within 72 hours of receipt. We will inspect and respond with the return address if need be. Please do not return the items without our permission. We may not receive your returned item, then we will not exchange nor refund. Items must be sent back complete, unaltered in the original packaging (we know how we send all of our items), including all promotional or gift items added in your package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for package lost in transit. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
REFUND: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued! Our products are considered hygienic. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened/used or altered items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. According to Federal law, you cannot return any products that have been used. This includes removing any item and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to all returns, hygiene concerns, and Federal Law. We only offer refunds for products considered under exceptional cases that has to do with a fault from us (that is if another of the same product or a product of an equal value is unavailable or cannot be made). Otherwise, a store credit or gift card would be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email would be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, please allow 5-7 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for an exchange if available or a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. The full original shipping charges would only be refunded when it has to do with a fault on our end. That is the only time shipping charges will be refunded.
